The TRIAD Training Philosophy

At TRIAD we pride ourselves in our level of service and attention to individual needs. We tailor each and every program to address the specific weaknesses of each trainee. At TRIAD we pay attention to your needs and build programs and exercises around those needs.

We start by looking at the body as a mechanical instrument subject to the laws of physics and analyzing it for deficiencies and imbalances. Then we create an exercise program to attack any weak points, without ignoring the body as a whole.

Training at TRIAD focuses on functional, practical exercises to build a strong foundation in the fundamentals of balance, stability and movement. Once these fundamentals are strengthened appropriately, we move on to exercises requiring higher degrees of coordination, strength and endurance. It's an ever-changing progression toward maximizing the individual's performance potential.

We have experience working with athletes and non-athletes at all levels of fitness and performance. Whether your goal is weight loss or playing college football, we can help you. We know we can, because we have been doing it for more than a decade now.
