Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic massage at TRIAD Health & Fitness is performed by our in-house Massage Therapist, Jeff Kong. A graduate of Irene's Myomassology Institute of Southfield, Michigan , Jeff is certified by the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB). He also is a member of the International Myomassethics Federation (IMF).

Jeff has established himself as a specialist in aiding recovery from overuse injuries as well as back and neck spasms and strains. He also has worked with many athletes to reduce the wear and tear effects often associated with intense training.
