Group Fitness Schedule
Triad Classes Currently Offered!

SPINNING: Monday 6-7pm, Wednesday 6:15p-7:15pm, Saturday 10-11am
Listen to high-energy music while our instructors guide you through rides simulating a   variety of terrain and ride types.  Spinning is a great way to improve both aerobic and    anaerobic fitness, while improving lower body strength and having a great time.  Personal heart rate monitors recommended.

BOXING: Tuesday Tuesday 7-8pm, Thursday 7-8pm
Learn the fundamentals of boxing footwork, movement and punching while getting a      fantastic workout.  Conditioning and strengthening of the shoulders, core and legs is stressed.  A great fat burning and total body workout! Please bring or be ready to purchase your own hand wraps.


BODY BLAST CIRCUIT: Thursday 6-7 pm
A TOTAL Body work out!  Tired of only using machines for you interval and circuit training?  Come join one of most popular classes over the past 15 years. We have 16 stations of creative and exciting exercises to add a unique and fun flare to one of the oldest philosophies of training.  Get cardio, strengthening, balance, upperbody, lowerbody, core, explosiveness... this is why call it BODY BLAST!  It blasts the body from all directions. Getting tired of the same exercise every week?  Not at TRIAD! New exercises every 4 weeks!


KARATE: Monday 7-8pm, Wednesday 7-8pm, Thursday 6-7pm
The original Okinawan Karate is taught by Jim Hoffer (5th degree Black Belt) in Shido-kan Shorin-Ryu with over 30 year of experience.  You can contact Sensei Jim Hoffer at shidokan@jlhoffer.com
