We are a high performance training center incorporating a variety of both traditional and non-traditional equipment as well as creative ideas and techniques to help anyone reach their performance potential. Our workouts include an array of resistance, agility and balance / stability exercises. Additionally, we analyze form and efficiency in nearly every movement and strive to improve the athlete and achieve the maximum performance from their natural gifts.
Whether you want to lose weight, play college sports or need post-rehabilitation exercise we can help. At TRIAD we design effective training programs for professional and recreational athletes, seniors and the post-rehab population. We will design a program suited to your needs regardless of age, weight, or health / fitness status. 
TRIAD offers an alternative to traditional gyms and health clubs. There is no fashion show here. Nobody cares if you're wearing designer workout shorts or the latest shoes. We focus on making people better, more efficient movers by building programs starting with the fundamentals and progressing to high-energy exercises.
TRIAD Health & Fitness was founded in 1995 by Kirk Vickers, former Head Athletic Trainer for the Detroit Red Wings (National Hockey League) and the Detroit Drive (Arena Football League).
A graduate of Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training & Sports Medicine, Kirk brings a very diverse background of knowledge and experience to TRIAD – his lifelong dream of creating a facility where the training is innovative, unique and fun! |
