What TRIAD offers:
At TRIAD Health and Fitness, the client comes first. Whether the goal is to run faster, jump
higher, throw harder, swing straighter, lose weight or just be able to live life without pain. TRIAD’s
philosophy fits most everyone. Our customized, goal-oriented personal training programs work
especially well with people who are working to regain function after surgery or injury, or who may
have other special physical needs, such as lower back pain, knee pain, or shoulder pain. Owner
and founder Kirk Vickers developed his unique and effective fitness philosophy over many years
working with athletes at all levels of fitness and experience. This philosophy is rooted in science
and an understanding of how the body works. He believes that the body is designed for movement,
and everyone can improve their health, fitness and performance by engaging in proper movement
and exercise. And with proper education on how and why we perform each training exercise,
clients achieve the best results.

At TRIAD Health and Fitness performance gym
and personal training center we believe that the
best results are achieved only with strong
foundations of balance, control and proper body
alignment. Every client is evaluated on these
criteria by a qualified personal trainer. Then we
design custom programs to strengthen the
foundation while achieving the desired fitness,
weight loss or athletic results.

Our customized, proven effective training
programs use body weight and gravity as the
primary sources of resistance and load. Load
and intensity increase only as proper
foundational goals are achieved. New and
different exercises are added to the program
depending on each client’s need at that time.
