The cure for the common workout Did you know that proper training in balance, control and technique can help you eliminate, or at least greatly reduce pain while improving performance? Whether you are an elite athlete working to improve speed and agility, or you experience pain from everyday living or soreness from workouts, or you desire to regain function after injury or surgery, TRIAD has proven results. At TRIAD, we believe fitness should be fun, and you should see results. Your workout should reduce pain, not be the cause of it.

The personal trainers and other industry professionals at TRAID pride themselves on a clean, friendly atmosphere where people meet their goals through the three-pronged philosophy of mental, physical and nutritional fitness.

Every TRIAD Health and Fitness client receives an individual assessment geared toward his or her specific needs and health issues. Then they work with our team of trainers, coaches, and industry professionals to develop a program tailored to their needs.
Kirk Vickers, Award winning, nationally recognized trainer and coach, opened TRIAD in 1996 with the goal of integrating mental, physical and nutritional fitness to improve the performance of athletes and health-minded individuals at every level.

Through his extensive knowledge of biomechanics and many years of clinical experience, he developed unique and innovative exercises based on functional and adaptive techniques. With the success of these programs, Vickers now has trained a team of industry professionals who help people every day achieve their fitness and athletic goals. The TRIAD philosophy works whether you want to improve speed and agility, prevent injury, regain function after surgery or lose weight.
